King Hyacinth Beans – 20 Seeds

The longest hyacinth bean variety can reach more 16cm in length. They are slim flat with dark green body with a purple rim all around the bean. Can be grown all year round in hot climate. This variety has high yield and is low maintenance.

They are really delicious. Try them when the pods were young (without beans) like a snow pea in stir fries or in curry’s or soup when the pods have fully matured.

Our seeds are organic heirloom and regionally conditioned in the UK. Seeds may come different sizes as they are organic not hybrid, some may have small dents this is due to bruising when they have been or moved- this does not affect the gemination
