Royal Emperor Hyacinth Beans – 20 Seeds

They are the widest & heaviest hyacinth bean variety, they are really fleshy & produces a smaller number of seeds. The pod is dark green with a dark purple edge. High yield a bunch of them will make a kilo! They blossom with beautiful purple flowers.

They are really delicious. Try them when the pods were young (without beans) like a snow pea in stir fries or in curry’s or soup when the pods have fully matured.

Our seeds are organic heirloom and regionally conditioned in the UK. Seeds may come different sizes as they are organic not hybrid, some may have small dents this is due to bruising when they were on the vine- this does not affect the gemination.
